"Honor the Fallen, Empower the Wounded.
Always Faithful to those who have paid the most.
Warrior Wellness Solutions is a mission-focused organization focused on training, education, and empowerment. We were founded by career holistic health and wellness practitioners and educators. We work together to deliver advanced assymetric solutions tailored to meet the most sensitive needs of Wounded, Ill and Injured service members and veterans that we serve.
Our journey and ideals were born and forged at the time honored US Marine Corps institutions of Parris Island, S.C. and Quantico VA. Elijah Sacra and Alvaro Matta started on their Semper Fidelis Health & Wellness journey when they met in 1991 while serving at Camp Lejeune, N.C. in the 2d Marine Division. While attending the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York, Elijah met Co-Founder Clarissa Kussin. She is a holistic personal chef, juicer, and nutrition and health counselor who spent the past twenty years striving to raise the standard of whole food cooking in each establishment she participated in and is responsible for the nutrition programming offered at Camp Lejeune's Wounded Warrior Battalion. She also brings years of business management, consulting and leadership skills to the table.
Members of our team have worked in the health and wellness, food and beverage, and nutrition industries for years parlaying their life experience into creating our programming.
The Marine Corps philosophy has evolved over its history into a three-pronged approach to individual and team development:
The USMC is a dynamic force designed for expeditionary operations by air, land, or sea. It teaches leadership at every level, instinctive action and perserverance in any situation. Click here to see our Good Life Traits.
In the Marine Corps, there is a motto that describes our commitment to each other, the Corps and and our country. It is Semper Fidelis or "Semper Fi." Translated from Latin, it means "Always Faithful".
The lotus flower or Nelumbo Nucifera is sacred to many cultures. For thousands of years, it has symbolized enlightenment and healing. The green lotus in these cultures signifies a transfromation from within. Its five points represent the five senses.
The flower grows from the mud at the bottom of ponds and rises to the water's surface. At night, the flower closes and sinks underwater, at dawn it rises and opens again, and because of this, it is a symbol of the sun, of creation and rebirth.
It is the only flower to fruit and flower simultaneously. Its extract is still used as a remedy against illness. The flower’s essence is also used to accelerate spiritual evolution and enhance healing on every level within the system.
