Our Yoga and Mindfulness teachers who have the knowledge, skills & ability to integrate evidenced-based, mind-body practices into a variety of therapeutic settings.  Our mindfulness programming improves the nervous system mitigating  symptoms of insomnia, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, difficulty focusing, and mood swings.  All of our registered yoga and mindfulness teachers hold advanced certifications from iRest Yoga Nidra, Warriors at  Ease, Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans, and the Yoga Warriors methodology for PTSD and Combat Operational Stress Reaction.
